All writers, even best-selling authors and best-selling books have typos. During the editing process we will identify glaring errors or mistakes in your manuscript that would otherwise prevent your book from being ready to publish or impede the quality of your book. Bear in mind, we are the last set of eyes that should see your book before it goes print and is made available for sale, so there is an expectation that authors have made steps to review their manuscripts before submitting your book for publication. Put your best foot forward! We want your final draft, not a rough draft. Otherwise, we will make edits and other necessary corrections for print. We do not rewrite or ghostwrite your manuscript. If there are issues outside of our purview with your narration, we will identify the errors and return the manuscript to you for the appropriate corrections. Don’t worry, we will not attempt to force creative changes on your story or vision. We will guide you and make recommendations as needed. We want your words to belong to you. It’s important to us that your book remains in the author’s voice. Here is a general outline of what to expect during the process:
1. Your book is formatted and reviewed for glaring typos and obvious grammatical errors (you will also have the opportunity to review the formatted book before it is submitted for print )
